BJP President Amit Shah to visit Telangana on Feb 13

Hyderbad: BJP national president Amit Shah would participate in BJP cluster meeting to be held in Nizamabad on February 13, said party national general secretary Varanasi Ram Madhav on Saturday. The north Telangana cluster comprised Nizamabad, Adilabad, Medak, Karimnagar and Zaheerabad Lok Sabha constituencies. Rama Madhav said the BJP was making efforts to strengthen the party in the State.

Shah would meet key leaders from Nizamabad, Adilabad, Medak, Karimnagar and Zaheerabad parliamentary constituencies and discuss ways to strengthen the party. He said the performance of the BJP in the Lok Sabha polls would be different from that of the Assembly polls and that people had welcomed the Union government’s Interim Budget. The government had announced sops for middle-class, unorganised workers and farmers.

The full-fledged budget would have more such benefits for the people, he added. BJP State president Dr K Laxman, Nizamabad district BJP president Palle Gangareddy, BJP State leaders Dharmapuri Aravind, Baswa Lakshmi Narasaiah and others were present at the press meet.
