Rajath Kumar says voter slips will be distributed from Nov 23

Adderssing a press conference, Telangana Chief Electroal Officer Rajath Kumar said that the voter slips to all eligible voters will be distributed from November 23. It will distributed only to the person or his/her family members. The printing of ballot paper will be done from the same day, he said.
He stated that 35,000 policemen from Telangana and 18,000 additional police force from besides states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha will be deployed.The EC team is overseeing the arrangements in the state and as many as 32,796 polling booths were readied, the CEO said. He also said that around Rs 90.72 crore cash was seized in the state.According to EC, over 7.4 lakh new voters and 243 NRI voters were registered ahead of the assembly elections in the state.
