No seats in alliance but TIP ready to campaign for Mahakutami

Telangana Inti Party (TIP) left Mahakutami over differences with the Congress over seat sharing. They announced 28 candidates for assembly polls. We are not against the Mahakutami and we are ready to campaign for the Mahakutami for Telangana Assembly elections, said party president Cheruku Sudhakar. We are wishing that the Congress which provided statehood to Telangana should form government in the state , he added. He said ,Soon after I am discharged from hospital I will ready to campaign for grand alliance.


Congress high command’s decision to nominate BC leader R. Krishnaiah from the Miryalaguda constituency had “made us happy. It would be nice if the same initiative was taken regarding our party too.”After dropping out of the Mahakutami, saying they were not satisfied with the seat adjustment that was proposed by the Congress the Telangana Inti Party had announced fielding candidates for 28 constituencies.
